The Best Email I've Ever Received

I received this email today:

Thank you for the initial python lessons via email; they were enough to get me going and really change my families living conditions and quality of life. You have made a real and tangible difference in my world I just wanted to let you know that before I started asking stupid questions.

That made me smile quite a lot.
